Shahla Khan, Esq.
Shahla Khan has extensive experience in business immigration and deportation proceedings. She has represented individuals, US and multinational corporations in non-immigrant business visas, such as H-1, H-2, H-3, L, O, P and E visas, labor certification/RIR/perm and employment based immigrant visa petitions (I-140), EB 1, EB 2, EB 3 and EB 5. Ms. Khan has represented clients in family based visa petitions such as I-130, K fiancé visa and adjustment of status (I-485). She has assisted clients in naturalization and citizenship applications, asylum proceedings, removal and deportation proceedings before the Immigration courts, appeals and motions to reopen with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and Administrative Appeals Office (AAO). She has advised clients and criminal counsels of immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and waivers of inadmissibility.
Ms. Khan received her Bachelors of Law (LLB Hons.) from University College Lahore, University of London External Program in 1998 and completed her Masters Degree (LLM) from Northwestern University School of Law.
Ms. Khan was admitted to New York State and U.S. Federal Bar in 2003. She has been a member of the Punjab Bar Council since 1999.

Ricardo Vega, Esq., specializes in immigration law with over eight years of experience on complex immigration cases ranging from asylum, adjustment of status, deportation and removal hearings, motions to reopen, citizenship, criminal immigration, waivers, cancellation of removal, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Ricardo Vega was a former prosecutor for the Office of the Chief Counsel, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in New York City from 2002-2010. Ricardo Vega was also an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department from 1998-2001. As a former prosecutor, he has gained invaluable litigation experience which enables him to bring a unique perspective to each case and to develop effective strategies to safeguard the rights of each and every client.
Ricardo Vega was born in Newark, New Jersey. He attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey. After graduating in 1993, he returned home to attend Rutgers Law School-Newark. Ricardo Vega passionately believes in ensuring and protecting the legal rights of immigrants, and will aggressively represent clients before the immigration courts, immigration agencies, and the Federal courts.
